Accessibility Plan 2026–2029 — The Panneton Clan
General
Clan Panneton is committed, to the extent possible, to identifying, reducing, and preventing accessibility barriers for its clients, employees, and partners. This plan covers our moving and storage operations in Montreal, Quebec City, and between provinces.
The person responsible for accessibility and receiving feedback is: The Director of Operations, Le Clan Panneton, 2660 Mullins Street, Montreal, Quebec H3K 1P3. Telephone: 514-934-0707. Email: info@leclanpanneton.ca
This plan is valid for the period 2026–2029 and may be updated as needed.
Careers
Clan Panneton aims to ensure that its employment practices do not create unnecessary barriers for people with disabilities. Requests for accommodations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, provided they are compatible with the essential requirements of the positions, applicable legal obligations, and operational constraints.
Built environment
Our offices, warehouses, and truck yards are workplaces that are generally not open to the public. During major development or renovation projects, we will take basic accessibility considerations into account wherever possible.
Information and communications technologies (ICT)
Customers can obtain information and quotes by phone and through our website, which presents information in plain language and easy-to-find contact details. We will maintain these practices and may adjust certain elements as needed, where reasonable.
Communications (other than ICT)
Clan Panneton aims to communicate clearly and understandably with its clients and employees. When necessary and reasonable, we may use other methods of communication or provide information in a different format.
Supply of goods, services and facilities
Where possible, we will consider basic accessibility principles in certain relevant procurement decisions. When options are comparable, we may prioritize solutions that facilitate accessibility.
Design and delivery of programs and services
Clan Panneton will, to the extent possible, take into account the needs of people with disabilities when providing its moving and storage services. Any specific needs brought to our attention will be examined on a case-by-case basis, within the limits of safety, legal requirements, and operational constraints.
Transport
Our transportation services are provided using our fleet of moving trucks, which comply with all applicable Canadian laws and regulations. In our daily operations, we strive to organize our journeys and stops safely and to minimize any disruptions for our clients at loading and delivery locations.
Medical
In developing this initial plan, Le Clan Panneton drew upon its internal knowledge of its operations and its experience with clients, including the participation of internal staff with disabilities. When necessary, the company may, on an ad hoc basis, seek the input of people with disabilities on specific accessibility-related issues.
Feedback process
Clan Panneton invites anyone to submit comments on accessibility and on this plan.
Comments can be submitted with or without identifying information, by telephone at 514 934-0707, by email at info@leclanpanneton.ca or by mail to the following address: 2660 Mullins Street, Montreal (Quebec) H3K 1P3.
The comments received will be reviewed as needed and taken into consideration in the next update of the plan. They will be treated confidentially.
